What you will do
- Take ultimate responsibility for the output of your team, both client-facing and operational.
- Serve as the central client contact for your client portfolio, engaging with senior management.
- Apply best practice rigor to the execution of programmatic campaigns.
- Maintain a forward-thinking and innovative approach in the development of programmatic activity.
- Develop and improve AI processes to drive digital outcomes.
- Build a reputation as a trusted senior advisor for internal and external stakeholders and support pitches.
Requirements
- Exceptional project management and coordination skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in developing and leading client relationships.
- Exceptional people management skills, including support and development of at least two junior team members.
- Extensive executional programmatic experience managing Brand & DR activity, with expertise in optimizing accounts to hit performance targets.
- Extensive experience using native programmatic platforms (Google, YouTube, Amazon, TTD) as well as 3rd party platforms (GA, DoubleClick, Adobe Analytics).
- Working knowledge of digital attribution approaches and understanding how programmatic integrates with other digital and offline channels.
- Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in this location.
