What you will do

• Proactively prospect and execute deals to grow the South Europe market.
• Manage the existing client base to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates.
• Develop a business plan, deliver on sales targets, and maintain all sales interactions in the CRM.
• Source and coordinate RFI/RFPs with prospects and internal teams.
• Negotiate the closing of new client deals and upsells.
• Represent Taurus at third-party events and build partnerships with institutions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of working experience in institutional financial technology sales and/or a high-growth fintech startup.
• Strong interest in proactive commercial engagement, business building, and technology development in a fast-evolving market.
• Interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and/or financial market digitization.
• Fluent in English, Italian and/or Spanish.
• Travel in Europe required.
