What you will do

• Monitor and analyse transaction activity to detect potential fraud and anomalous behaviour.
• Investigate suspicious cases using internal systems, data sources, and fraud-detection tools.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Merchant Support teams to resolve cases and optimize fraud prevention strategies.
• Refine fraud rules, alerts, automation processes, and monitoring dashboards.
• Provide insights and reports to management on fraud patterns, KPIs, and ongoing risks.
• Stay up to date with industry developments, fraud methods, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or payments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to make fast, accurate decisions in high-pressure environments.
• Understanding of online payment flows, card scheme rules, and fraud prevention tools.
• Experience working with high-risk verticals such as iGaming, e-commerce, digital services, or fintech (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple investigations.
