What you will do

  • Define and execute sales strategies and territory plans to achieve quarterly objectives.
  • Target and acquire new enterprise clients in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VP/EVP/C-suite stakeholders in large organizations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and signature.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Leverage partners and the ecosystem to generate and accelerate opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in SaaS / B2B software (e-commerce, marketplace, platform, CRM/ERP/SCM relevant).
  • Proven success in closing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to sell value/ROI at an executive level.
  • Strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and consistent over-achievement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent German and English are mandatory.
