What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 10-15 Key Accounts with full commercial responsibility for revenue retention and growth.
- Develop and leverage relationships with C-level stakeholders and key influencers globally.
- Manage continuous forecasting and risk management for key renewals, preventing churn.
- Assess business opportunities using data to support decision-making and translate customer needs into product fit.
- Collaborate with Senior Customer Success Managers for strategic enterprise customers.
- Act as a bridge between sales, product, and business development to improve enterprise offerings and share sales best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years from key account sales and leading complex, strategic sales processes towards an international customer base.
- Experience in SaaS sales.
- Ability to assess business opportunities, use data for informed decisions, and persuade stakeholders.
- Passion for building long-term relationships and driving commercial initiatives.
- Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions and ability to create fair transactions.
- Strong business acumen, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, pipeline, and forecasting skills.
- Professional-level English required.
