TL;DR

Customer Success Executive (Privacy): Managing a high-value portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term success with an accent on understanding business goals, compliance needs, and maximizing ROI. Focus on identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and influencing product development through customer feedback.

Location: Hybrid - New York City (minimum of 2-3 days a week from the office)

What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business goals, compliance needs, and success metrics.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide personal onboarding support and consultation.
  • Develop and implement Customer Success Plans (CSPs) tailored to enterprise accounts.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities by understanding customer needs.
  • Partner with Product, Support, Sales, and Customer Engineering teams to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Act as the customer’s voice within the organization, influencing product development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, or a related role, preferably in SaaS, data privacy, or compliance technology.
  • Ability to develop and execute customer success plans for enterprise clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to recognize and act on upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams.
