What you will do

  • Take ownership of new direct revenue across the SME segment and Tier-1 Channel, being accountable for ambitious growth targets.
  • Build, scale, and inspire a high-performing direct and indirect sales organization.
  • Design and execute a multi-product, multi-geo go-to-market strategy for security and compliance solutions.
  • Implement a sales operating rhythm with forecasting, pipeline discipline, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to ensure GTM alignment.
  • Engage customers, prospects, and partners to identify growth opportunities and shape product and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B SaaS sales leadership experience across SME and Mid-Market, with a track record of driving new business growth.
  • Experience leading multi-region sales functions and aligning execution with a broader GTM strategy.
  • A data-driven leadership style with experience defining KPIs and improving forecasting accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a history of exceeding commercial targets.
  • Native-level German paired with excellent English communication skills.
