TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Healthcare/NHS): Drives new logo acquisition and revenue growth within the UKI public sector healthcare, specifically the NHS, leveraging network, cybersecurity, and cloud connectivity products. Focus on navigating complex government procurement, advising senior stakeholders (CISOs), and aligning solutions to strategic objectives.

Location: Hybrid, based in London, United Kingdom. Candidates must be able to work across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for high-value named accounts.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for C-level and senior-level client stakeholders.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities within the NHS and healthcare sectors.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and product teams to create compelling proposals and demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior sales or account management role, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Essential experience selling technology solutions to the UK NHS.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK public sector procurement processes, frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, DOS), and legal requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the operational and data security challenges faced by NHS organisations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • English: B2 required.
