• Set and execute an overarching strategy on investment data and cross-team data analytics.
• Drive client retention and growth by turning client and market insights into targeted actions.
• Deliver on-time mandatory internal and external regulatory reporting.
• Ensure data quality and governance in line with bank standards.
• Collaborate with Segment Value Proposition to convert research into new propositions.
• Develop and build a high-performance team, embracing diversity and personal growth.

Requirements

• Academic level of thinking and working, preferably a master’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in data-driven environments, with clear ownership on delivery, budget, people and performance.
• Experience working in (scaled) Agile set-ups.
• Proven track record in data management and analytics delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management in complex, regulated enterprise contexts.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
