TL;DR

Talent Partner: Responsible for delivering hiring across multiple regions, focusing on engineering, product, and client services, with an accent on defining roles and improving the hiring process. Focus on balancing global consistency with local context and shaping hirify.global' employer branding in different markets.

Location: Hybrid, must spend 3 days per week at the London office during the first 6 months, then at least 2 days per week in the office.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Personally own end-to-end hiring for key roles across multiple regions, particularly in engineering, product, and client services.
  • Work directly with managers and the executive team to define roles, scope, and level.
  • Support leaders in building teams thoughtfully.
  • Deliver a strong and consistent candidate experience globally, while adapting to local context.
  • Help shape how hirify.global presents itself as an employer in different markets.
  • Continuously improve how hiring is done, keeping it simple, fair, and effective.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience delivering hiring in a B2B SaaS business.
  • Deep experience hiring technical roles, particularly software engineering and product.
  • Comfort owning outcomes and being accountable for delivery.
  • Experience working directly with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate across regions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Clear and concise communicator who keeps conversations focused.
  • Must have permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

  • Experience in global or post-acquisition environments.
