What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between marketing leadership, Asana’s foundational services partner, and internal teams.
• Manage and evolve Asana workspaces, templates, and automations to support global workflows and process consistency.
• Support teams at different levels of maturity in Asana use and help them tailor workflows that fit their unique needs.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and sharing of Asana best practices in cooperation with Asana’s Foundational Services.
• Leverage dashboards and reporting to help teams balance workload and improve efficiency.
• Explore automation and AI-assisted tools to simplify processes and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in marketing, operations, or SaaS environments.
• Advanced Asana expertise (administrator or power user), including creating templates, rules, and automations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into efficient, scalable processes.
• Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and reports to drive performance.
• This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
