What you will do

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and documentation for new listings.
• Input, update, and maintain detailed and accurate information for each listing.
• Ensure all listings meet company standards and guidelines, conducting regular audits.
• Use SEO and other optimization techniques to enhance listing visibility and searchability.
• Verify that all listings comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Assist clients, vendors, or partners with the listing process, providing guidance and support.
• Track the performance of listings and make recommendations based on analytics and market trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, product listing management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with e-commerce platforms and listing tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
