What you will do

• Develop complex artistic ideas to create immersive, authentic worlds.
• Shape the visual identity of realistic AAA games through thoughtful design and iteration.
• Ensure a cohesive visual style across features, with an initial focus on weapon concepts.
• Translate ideas into high-quality sketches and detailed renders to guide production.
• Actively seek and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team’s artistic output.

Requirements

• Ability to create interesting and visually appealing concepts.
• Portfolio demonstrating a realistic style of weapons, military, or tactical-shooter concepts.
• Proven competence in mentoring artists.
• Demonstrable knowledge of industry-leading 3D modelling packages (such as Blender).
• Proficiency in working with Photoshop or other related software.
• Good understanding of Concept Art fundamentals and 3D Animation.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and pipelines.
• Current eligibility to live and work in the UK.
