What you will do

• Architect and restructure the team’s knowledge management systems to create high-quality, verified datasets.
• Implement strict data taxonomy strategies and ensure data quality.
• Develop and deploy centralised internal portals and automate data flows using AI agents.
• Design and build priority Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to increase efficiency.
• Apply domain-specific metrics to ensure tools deliver actionable, strategic synthesis.
• Drive real-time strategy by leveraging intelligence tools to detect emerging trends.

Requirements

• Possess a blend of technical capability (Apps Script, API integration) and a deep understanding of media monitoring.
• Meticulous about data hygiene, taxonomy, and "grounding" strategies for AI.
• Demonstrated experience in Prompt Engineering and optimizing System Instructions for LLMs (e.g., Gemini).
• Experience using AI tools to support work efficiencies and optimisation.
• Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Brandwatch, Google Search Console, YouTube Analytics, and Looker Studio for reporting.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Prior experience in marketing is useful.
