What you will do

• Own hirify.global Pay end-to-end: payment flows, financial rails, admin panel, monitoring.
• Deliver across 4 squads: Payment Product, Financial Rails, Operations/Admin, Monitoring.
• Launch and operate payment schemes (ACH, SEPA / SEPA Instant, PIX, UPI, SPEI).
• Manage payment orchestration, settlement, reconciliation, retries, and failures.
• Oversee internal tools for ops, compliance, disputes, and support.
• Ensure production reliability: STP, latency, failure rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management (fintech / payments / banking infra).
• Real experience with payment rails and regulated money flows.
• Experience running multiple squads in parallel.
• Strong understanding of settlement cycles, failure scenarios, and edge cases.
• Comfortable working with APIs, compliance, ops, and monitoring systems.
• Able to make decisions with incomplete data and push to production.
