Tech Lead - Frontend (React)

hirify.global is hiring for its Technology – Engineering department.

What you will do

• Set development goals, plan team work, and estimate implementation timelines.
• Organize and facilitate team rituals in an Agile/Kanban environment.
• Create and maintain the product QA process and participate in testing and delivery.
• Build and support a frontend team through onboarding, knowledge sharing, mentorship, and professional development.
• Define competency maps and individual development tracks for team members.
• Shape future technologies and frontend architecture and participate in department-level architectural discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of React and its ecosystem, including state management and hooks.
• Understanding of backend components such as caches, networks, load balancers, and CDNs.
• Ability to develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications.
• Experience working in an Agile/Kanban environment.
• Fluent English at B2+ level with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular or Vue.
• Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with SAFe or other large-scale Agile frameworks.
• Automation testing experience with Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience with Redis or MongoDB and prior team leadership or management experience.
