What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Account Managers.
- Drive growth, NRR, and retention across the team's portfolio.
- Implement and maintain operational processes using Salesforce.
- Guide expansion strategies for complex accounts and key customer interactions.
- Engage directly with strategic customers to reinforce business value and accelerate expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Solution Architects, and Marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS account management, sales, or customer success.
- 3+ years managing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of driving NRR, expansion, and retention.
- Skilled in coaching teams on strategic customer engagement and executive communication.
- Strong business acumen and experience using Salesforce.
- English: B2 required
Nice to have
- Experience leading teams selling complex or API-first software (CMS, SaaS, PaaS, CPaaS).
- Track record of partnering with Product and technical teams.
- Background in scaling programs within a growing organization.
