TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager: Planning and executing marketing programs to build pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and grow hirify.global's UK presence with an accent on designing unique in-person events and community programs. Focus on aligning marketing efforts with sales, driving engagement, and tracking performance metrics.

Location: This role is based 100% in-person from our office in Shoreditch, London.

What you will do

  • Partner with the global marketing team to plan and execute field marketing strategy for the UK market.
  • Plan and deliver a mix of in-person and virtual programs, including executive dinners, roundtables, and webinars.
  • Identify, nurture, and empower community ambassadors and advocates.
  • Partner with sales to align on targets, accelerate deals, and ensure strong follow-through from every program.
  • Source and develop compelling customer stories and build strategic partnerships.
  • Create repeatable systems and processes for planning, execution, and follow-up, tracking performance through clear metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation within B2B SaaS.
  • Marketing-first mindset, understanding how programs contribute to pipeline across the full funnel.
  • Experience designing creative, brand-led experiences that stand out.
  • Strong collaboration, project management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), and webinar platforms.
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
