Senior Associate GameOps Manager (GameDev)

TL;DR

GameOps Manager (Gaming): Configuring and coordinating CRM events and marketing campaigns for mobile games with an accent on post-launch performance monitoring and cross-functional team collaboration. Focus on improving campaign effectiveness and resolving configuration issues to enhance player experience.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week from the Wave Office in Gdansk, Poland. Candidates must be authorized to work in Poland and visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Configure and manage CRM events, lifecycles, and campaigns using internal tools.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure accurate campaign execution and monitor post-launch performance.
• Coordinate external communication channels (email, push notifications) and provide creative copy for social media.
• Prepare art briefs, write marketing copy, and review asset quality.
• Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams including Dev, QA, Art, Product, Solutions, Data Science, and Customer Service.
• Propose new campaign concepts, suggest tool/process improvements, and resolve configuration issues.

Requirements

• Good technical knowledge with attention to detail.
• Experience in marketing campaign execution or QA.
• Team-oriented approach and strong sense of priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1+) for global communication.
• Passion for gaming and a desire to learn.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Logical thinking for managing complex tasks.
• Experience in the gaming industry or as a CRM/LiveOps Manager.
