What you will do

• Configure medium to high complexity CRM events, lifecycles, and campaigns using internal tools.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure accurate execution and perform post-launch performance monitoring.
• Coordinate external communication channels, including email and push notifications, for CRM campaigns.
• Provide creative copy support for social media platforms and prepare art briefs.
• Write engaging marketing copy and review asset quality.
• Work closely with Dev, QA, Art, Product, Solutions, Data Science, and Customer Service teams.

Requirements

• Good technical knowledge with attention to detail.
• Passion for gaming and a desire to learn.
• Experience in marketing campaign execution or QA.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with diverse communication methods for effective outcomes.
• Excellent written and spoken English for effective communication with global teams.
• Strong sense of priorities for efficient task completion.
