What you will do

• Analyze and interpret marketing data to identify insights and opportunities for business growth.
• Leverage complex big data sets to identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and threats to marketing operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement improvements to marketing processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Be a leader in the marketing analysis field in the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, with a track record of success in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies, ideally from B2C mobile app companies
• At least 2 years of experience in leading teams, with a focus on mentoring, developing, and enhancing team capabilities
• Vast SQL experience with a solid understanding of databases.
• Familiarity with visualization platforms like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP.
• Proficiency in Python.
