What you will do
- Provide second level technical support for EMEA & APJ customers.
- Take ownership of customer cases and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Support customers in maximizing product usage and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Lead projects impacting company-wide processes and customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a similar technical support role.
- Technical expertise in Linux-based products and L2/L3 networking.
- Experience in cybersecurity, especially network or application security.
- Ability to compose SQL queries and work with databases.
- Preferred experience with web troubleshooting, cloud computing, Docker/Kubernetes, and scripting (Bash, Python).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for customer interaction.
