What you will do
- Own and execute CRM activities to improve retention, conversion, and engagement metrics.
- Plan, build, and optimize CRM campaigns and automations using segmentation and personalization.
- Manage marketing and product activities from launch through performance analysis and iteration.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Creative teams to design initiatives supporting KPIs.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, report insights, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in retention or CRM marketing activities
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools, segmentation, journeys, triggers, and loyalty programs
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with large datasets
- Proven ability to own projects end to end and drive initiatives to measurable results
Nice to have
- Active PC or console gamer
- Technical knowledge with configuration files and systems
