What you will do

• Understand functional requirements thoroughly and analyze client needs in the context of projects.
• Envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Lead/support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs and issues.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate suggested designs/technologies.
• Mentor team members and set clear expectations for high standards of delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Development specializing in APM, CSM Module, and HRSD.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience in either ITOM, GRC, or HRSD modules and ITIL knowledge.
• ServiceNow SPM module certification is required.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS).
