Focus on translating business requirements into technical solutions, driving continuous improvement, and conducting proof-of-concepts for new designs.

What you will do
- Envision and define overall technical solutions, technologies, patterns, and frameworks for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop and implement technical solutions and conduct component Integration Tests.
- Lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
- Create, understand, and validate Work Breakdown Structures and estimated effort for modules/tasks.
- Help the team troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs and propose solutions during code/design reviews.
- Carry out Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to validate suggested designs and technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development, specializing in APM, CSM Module, and HRSD.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
- Experience in ITOM, GRC, or HRSD modules and strong ITIL knowledge.
- ServiceNow SPM module certification is required.
- Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS).
- Strong communication skills to collect requirements and describe technical designs.
