What you will do

• Manage participant recruitment and research panel administration.
• Design and scale multichannel participant recruitment strategies.
• Oversee research infrastructure, tooling, and repository management.
• Establish standardized processes for research lifecycle, including legal and compliance reviews.
• Serve as liaison with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams.
• Develop documentation, best practices, and training materials to scale research practices.

Requirements

• English: Advanced level required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Research Operations, Design Operations, or research program management.
• Proven experience building and scaling participant recruitment and research panels.
• Deep knowledge of global data privacy and compliance regulations related to user research.
