What you will do

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals for the Technology division
• Design and implement organizational structure to support scalability and workforce planning
• Partner with business leaders and People & Culture teams to deliver strategic HR solutions
• Coach and develop management team through feedback and leadership programs
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives
• Manage headcount budget and support growth through opening new hubs

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years experience as an HR Business Partner with Technology teams
• Fluency in English is essential
• Proven team leadership and ability to translate business challenges into HR strategies
• Experience in fast-paced, fast-growing IT companies
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High level of independence and self-management
