What you will do

• Take ownership of the end-to-end ML delivery cycle including building, testing, deploying, and supporting solution components
• Lead design of complex ML systems from scratch considering architecture, user needs, and non-functional requirements
• Transform business goals into data science problems and define relevant metrics
• Manage issues from root cause to resolution and improve engineering design
• Create and maintain ML-powered services in production collaborating with backend and infrastructure teams
• Mentor and onboard junior team members supporting continuous learning and best practices

Requirements

• Comprehensive experience leading ML projects autonomously with proven success
• Expertise in classic ML, deep learning, advanced mathematics, and MLOps tools
• Proficiency in Python and backend integration technologies like Golang
• Strong software system design skills and experience maintaining production services
• Understanding of concept drift and its impact on model performance
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English)
