Product Designer (Intercity Product)

Location: Hybrid work mode in Kazakhstan. Relocation package offered for candidates from other regions. Candidates must not reside in or perform work from Russia, Crimea region, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson regions, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria.

What you will do

• Understand users and advocate for their interests within the product team.
• Be fully responsible for both mockups and production outcomes.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user problems and market needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and researchers to validate and prioritize issues.
• Develop, test, and refine solutions, focusing on user and company interests.
• Create final mockups, detailing interface states, and update design libraries.
• Organize and analyze AB tests to evaluate solution effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar product designer position.
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and methodologies.
• High level proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design solutions.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an international company.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
