What you will do

  • Own day-to-day CRM operations in Braze, including campaign setup, QA, launch, and monitoring across email, push, and in-app channels.
  • Lead key parts of the Braze migration, deciding what to migrate or redesign and rebuilding lifecycle journeys focused on activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Act as the technical go-to in CRM, understanding data flows and collaborating with engineering/data teams to define and fix events and attributes.
  • Oversee IP warming and deliverability during migration, tracking performance daily and ensuring a smooth ramp-up.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn insights into experiments that move key lifecycle metrics.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience running lifecycle or CRM campaigns end-to-end in tools like Braze, including segmentation, journeys, and personalization.
  • Strong understanding of data flows and CRM architecture, with experience working closely with engineers and data teams.
  • Experience managing multi-step lifecycle journeys across channels (email, push, in-app) with a focus on measurable impact.
  • Proven ability to use data and experimentation to improve activation, retention, or reactivation performance.
  • Work full-time from the office in Berlin, 5 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IP warming, email deliverability, or previous CRM migrations.
