What you will do

• Select and analyze product metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
• Assess potential profit and impact of new product features or projects
• Conduct A/B testing, including experiment design and result interpretation
• Maintain analytics system documentation in the company’s knowledge base
• Provide recommendations to enhance product usability and user experience
• Collaborate with data teams to optimize data flows, ensure quality, and create product data marts

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years in data or product analytics
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau and Redash
• Strong analytical mindset with solid mathematical background including statistics, optimization, and causal inference
• Experience analyzing large datasets and designing data marts
• Hybrid work mode in Cyprus, Kazakhstan, or Georgia
