Location: Hybrid role based in Germany (Berlin or Hürth). Candidates are required to spend at least eight days a month at the office. Work from anywhere within the EU for up to 20 days within a twelve-month period is allowed.

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle, from outreach and qualification to contract signature.
- Build and manage relationships with law firm partners, general counsels, and innovation leaders.
- Apply strategic account planning to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with Legal Engineering to design impactful demos and AI workflows tailored to client needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ pain points, daily workflows, and legal processes.
- Guide multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes with precision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or a related commercial field.
- 3–6 years of B2B SaaS new sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota through complex, high-value deals.
- Strong commercial instincts and confidence engaging C-level decision-makers.
- Proven ability to navigate complex procurement cycles.
- Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English (C1).
- Genuine passion for how AI is transforming the legal industry.

- Legal background (law degree or law firm experience).
- Familiarity with legal tech or enterprise SaaS platforms.
