What you will do
- Partner with account executives and sales management to exceed sales targets for hirify.global AI portfolio.
- Provide subject matter expertise to differentiate hirify.global and model desired methods for sales teams.
- Offer hands-on support with positioning, presentations, pricing, and proposals for AI solutions.
- Lead customer workshops focused on developing AI use cases and pilots.
- Act as the voice of the customer and the field for cross-functional teams (marketing, product, professional services).
- Identify priorities and use cases to develop AI opportunities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience in Software / Cloud / AI.
- Strong subject matter expertise in AI and Pre-Sales with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales overlay or subject matter expert roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive collaborative outcomes.
- Strong coordination skills for developing and running AI Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Effective presentation skills and ability to manage multiple work streams.
