What you will do

• Contribute to solution development, validation, and documentation.
• Build and maintain best-practice configurations within hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with Product Teams to optimize new product features.
• Prepare demonstrations, documentation, and internal training content.
• Provide tactical field support, including answering configuration questions.
• Research industry trends, competitive solutions, and product capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a technical, client-facing role at an enterprise software company.
• Hands-on configuration experience with DealCloud, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or an equivalent platform.
• Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into solution requirements.
• Technically adept; able to learn how to configure hirify.global applications.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow established patterns and processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI prompt engineering and/or agentic workflow builders.
