Salary: $24-$25/hourly (approx. $3840-$4000/month)

What you will do
- Engage with inbound leads via phone and email to qualify them for the field sales organization.
- Proactively research, identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers through various channels like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Drive registration for Academy training classes.
- Accurately update Salesforce records, track interactions, and maintain pipeline visibility.
- Work closely with field sales staff to ensure seamless handoffs and provide feedback on lead quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related area.
- 0-2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing position.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong personal drive to achieve individual and group performance targets.
- Aptitude to quickly learn new technologies, products, and processes.
- Organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple challenging tasks.
Nice to have
- Spanish/Portuguese/French language skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.
