Senior Security Advisor (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Senior Security Advisor (Cybersecurity): Guiding Falcon Complete customers on security posture and health, and providing recommendations for improved security. Focus on assessing Falcon environments, creating remediation plans, and troubleshooting technical issues in partnership with internal teams.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $125,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Assess customer Falcon environments and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide Falcon Complete customers with recommendations for improved security.
• Create and recommend remediation for components of hirify.global products.
• Contact customers directly upon identification of misalignment with standards.
• Document, update, and resolve all customer related issues in accordance with established procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide customers with service reports and statistics as requested.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Cybersecurity focused role.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills (verbal and written).
• Adept in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS, ISC2 or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Incident Management and CSIRT operation.
• Knowledge of various cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001/2, NIST, CIS Critical Security, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, MITRE Att&ck).
• Experience working with complex, sophisticated clients.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a desire to learn new things.
