What you will do

• Manage retail marketing budgets and optimize spend to meet channel goals and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for major US and international retailers and e-tailers.
• Oversee online and in-store merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and conversion.
• Negotiate co-marketing investments and promotional opportunities with key retail partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, brand, creative, and product teams.
• Leverage analytics and shopper insights to evaluate program effectiveness and inform strategy.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States; preference for New York or San Francisco
• 5–7 years experience in retail, channel, trade, or shopper marketing in consumer goods or related industries.
• Experience managing retail marketing budgets and negotiating with major US retailers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with merchandising strategy, plan-o-gram development, and e-commerce content best practices.
