What you will do
- Lead creative thinking and execution for paid social and digital channels delivering static and motion-led design.
- Develop insight-led creative concepts balancing brand and performance objectives.
- Own paid creative projects from brief to delivery, iteration, and optimization.
- Maintain high design craft ensuring assets are on-brand and performance-optimized.
- Lead art direction for still and motion content including storyboarding and shoot-day direction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, and Copy teams to turn insights into creative.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in paid social or digital-first design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of paid social creative performance, formats, and best practices.
- Confident art direction skills for photography and video with strong visual judgment.
- Excellent typography and layout skills with UX awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong collaboration and communication skills.
