What you will do
- Deliver high-quality, performance-ready edits, including colour grading, sound mixing, captioning, and motion graphics.
- Produce multiple cut-downs, hooks, and variations optimised for different platforms and placements.
- Partner with creative, marketing, and growth teams to align video content with campaign goals and insights.
- Translate complex or sensitive healthcare topics into engaging, human, and easy-to-understand visual narratives.
- Organise and manage video assets efficiently for future use, testing, and iteration.
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve video performance and brand storytelling, staying on top of social and paid media trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of social-first and performance-oriented work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of how video performs across platforms (Meta, TikTok & YouTube) and adapting content for different audiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable taking direction and giving feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
- High standards for polish and accuracy, ensuring all output meets brand, quality, and compliance expectations.
