What you will do

• Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns from creator sourcing to contract negotiation and campaign delivery.
• Build and maintain a scalable network of diverse influencers across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Manage a seven-figure annual budget and optimize performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Implement innovative, performance-driven contracts aligning creator incentives with business goals.
• Oversee content creation ensuring authenticity, brand compliance, and high performance.
• Collaborate with paid social and brand teams to amplify influencer content.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Berlin and London.
• 4+ years experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record in high-growth DTC or tech brands.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach to managing performance metrics.
• Expertise with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Grin, Aspire) and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
