What you will do

• Facilitate discovery sessions with key stakeholders to gather initiative and staffing information.
• Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, owners, and dependencies.
• Manage QA/UAT cycles and implement testing and business validation checkpoints.
• Use JIRA for issue tracking and provide status reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate with other project managers and scrum masters on dependencies.
• Partner with Fleet Delivery leads and product owners to create effective squads.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Downtown, New Jersey, United States.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Experience with JIRA and project management.
• Knowledge of information security practices and risk assessment.
• Previous experience in financial firms and technical projects is a plus.
