What you will do

• Identify high-impact traveler and partner problems solvable by AI and frame them as clear product bets.
• Rapidly prototype end-to-end AI experiences using LLMs and tools to validate value and feasibility.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and translate them into product concepts, demos, and proofs of concept.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to take prototypes to production with instrumentation and quality improvements.
• Define reusable AI patterns and primitives for adoption across teams and surfaces.
• Establish success metrics and experimentation plans to guide iteration and prioritization.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of product management experience including AI or technically complex systems.
• Strong technical depth and ability to prototype using APIs/SDKs and simple coding (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Proven track record of taking product ideas from concept to launched features with measurable impact.
• Experience with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation.
• Exceptional communication skills to align senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Location requirement: must be onsite in San Jose or Seattle, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI/LLM-powered user experiences like conversational agents or copilots.
• Familiarity with LLM ecosystems including prompt engineering and retrieval techniques.
• Background in software engineering, data science, or ML.
• Understanding of trustworthy AI principles including safety and bias mitigation.
• Experience building scalable AI frameworks or platforms in large organizations.
