What you will do
- Provide sales leadership and drive revenue growth for the Chinese market.
- Build, mentor, and lead a remote B2C sales team in China.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and optimization to achieve scalable growth.
- Take charge of growing the business and commercial success in China.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant B2C sales leadership work experience in remote distributed teams, preferably in online sales.
- Hands-on B2C sales experience.
- Excellent understanding of online sales channels and digital marketing in the China region.
- Strong analytical skills for data-based decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and a passion for using AI tools.
- English: C1+ required (spoken and written).
- Chinese: C1+ required (spoken and written).
