Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Candidates must be authorized to work in Spain and we are unable to sponsor work visas for this position.

What you will do

• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Provide technical analysis and documentation for new systems.
• Mentor and guide game developers, offering technical direction and career development support.
• Coordinate and negotiate with external team members across engineering, production, build, art, and QA.
• Support sprint planning, technical prioritization, and roadmap execution.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standard practices and mitigate technical risks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
• Experience with microservice architecture.
• Proficiency in building CI/CD tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• English: B2 required.
• Work authorization for Spain required.
