Focus on leveraging new product features, preparing structured feedback for enhancement requests, and synthesizing research findings for solution development and roadmap planning.

What you will do

• Contribute to the development, validation, and documentation of best practice solution configurations.
• Build and maintain best-practice configurations within hirify.global products following established patterns.
• Collaborate with Product Teams to optimize new product features and provide enhancement feedback.
• Prepare demonstrations, documentation, and internal training content for client-facing teams.
• Provide tactical field support, including answering configuration questions and preparing demo environments.
• Research industry trends, competitive solutions, and product capabilities for future roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role at an enterprise software company.
• Hands-on configuration of DealCloud, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or an equivalent platform is required.
• Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into solution requirements.
• Technically adept and able to learn how to configure hirify.global applications through practice.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established patterns and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Experience with AI prompt engineering and/or agentic workflow builders.
