What you will do
- Build and execute multi-year marketing strategies for China and Korea aligned with global objectives.
- Create and manage localized content and multi-channel campaigns across APAC platforms.
- Lead executive engagement and represent the company at major regional events.
- Track and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration and relationships with agencies and partners.
- Steward marketing budget with startup discipline.
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years marketing experience in APAC, including 5+ years leading in China or Korea
- Native-level Mandarin or Korean and strong business English skills
- Proven record of significant growth in complex markets.
- Expertise in social media strategy, brand marketing, and digital content.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into marketing insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
