What you will do

• Develop scalable machine learning infrastructure and tooling for millions of users using AWS, Databricks, and Spark.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, and other teams to align ML solutions with business goals.
• Create automated data and modeling pipelines and optimize CI/CD workflows for ML deployment.
• Identify and resolve issues including application security vulnerabilities in partnership with security teams.
• Drive adoption of ML engineering best practices and contribute to training programs.
• Participate actively in cross-functional meetings to ensure project alignment and success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong expertise in Python, big data technologies, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., CDK, Pulumi) and production-grade ML model development.
• Ability to translate business problems into ML engineering solutions and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
