What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end analytical solutions and partner with clients' Product Owner and Technical Lead.
• Build and iterate Tableau/Power BI dashboards from business questions.
• Define KPIs, calculations, and contribute to the semantic layer.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and Snowflake data extracts.
• Support Snowflake data modeling and maintain data quality dashboards and pipelines.
• Guide power users in self-service analytics.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong SQL and Snowflake experience (procedures, functions, views).
• Good understanding of data modeling.
• Ability to quickly learn new BI tools.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Pharma/clinical trials knowledge.
• Experience with data quality frameworks.
