What you will do

• Create engaging content (blog posts, social media) to communicate technical concepts in an accessible way.
• Handle translations from English to German using Crowdin, ensuring accuracy and high linguistic quality.
• Maintain the digital presence by identifying and adding website updates and new content.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen community understanding and enhance hirify.global’s visibility (SEO, GEO, events).
• Support the marketing team with content review, coordination tasks, and other assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Proficient in German (native/professional level) and English (professional level).
• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in marketing, communications, or media.
• A self-starter who enjoys working in a remote-first team with a high degree of autonomy.
• Comfortable working with technical topics and willing to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Possess a keen eye for detail, especially for translation work, content reviews, and website updates.
• Passionate about open source software and mission-driven companies.
