What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of Solution Engineers fostering innovation and accountability.
• Define and execute training plans focused on value-based selling, AI fluency, and customer experience transformation.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive GTM strategies and support strategic sales opportunities.
• Oversee development of scalable, secure solution architectures across CCaaS, CRM, AI/ML, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless solution delivery and influence product roadmap priorities.
• Engage with C-level executives and represent the company at industry events and briefings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
• 9–10+ years in senior technical presales or solutions architecture roles within Enterprise SaaS.
• 5+ years in presales management with proven team building and scaling experience.
• Strong background in Telecommunications, SIP, VoIP, SBCs, IP routing, and related protocols.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CCaaS, CRM, and AI/ML technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional international travel.
