Location: San Francisco, California with hybrid work policy requiring at least three days in office per week
Salary: $331,000 - $395,000 OTE range for San Francisco Bay Area

What you will do
- Define and execute multi-year go-to-market strategy for LATAM, focusing on Brazil and regional growth.
- Manage and coach a team of five to six Account Executives and Relationship Managers across LATAM.
- Drive sales execution including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal negotiations.
- Collaborate with global teams to localize messaging and optimize demand generation.
- Strengthen partner ecosystem to accelerate SMB market penetration.
- Represent LATAM in global leadership forums and regional tech ecosystem events.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- 8+ years in SaaS sales or regional business leadership with 3+ years managing quota-carrying teams.
- Proven success in high-growth, matrixed environments across multiple markets.
- Experience with direct sales and partner-led go-to-market models.
- Fluent English required; Portuguese and Spanish fluency a plus.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- AI native experience.
- Experience with MEDPICC sales methodology.
- Deep understanding of LATAM business culture and SaaS market dynamics.
