TL;DR

Service Line Sales (AI/IPA): Driving revenue growth for Intelligent Process Automation solutions within technology companies in the Bay Area with an accent on consultative selling of AI-driven automation and RPA platforms. Focus on engaging senior stakeholders, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building strong relationships with key clients.

Location: Hybrid model with occasional travel within the Bay Area and to client sites. Candidates must be able to work in the United States.

Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 annually

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth for IPA solutions within assigned high-tech accounts in the Bay Area.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to position AI-driven automation, RPA, and agentic automation technologies.
  • Mine existing accounts and collaborate with delivery teams to identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with technology companies to understand their automation and AI needs.
  • Articulate value propositions for IPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification to closure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling IPA solutions including RPA and AI-driven automation to enterprise clients.
  • Strong track record of selling to technology companies in the Bay Area.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and AI technologies (AWS AI/ML, Azure AI, Agentic automation).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve revenue goals.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, including ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with consultative sales in digital transformation and automation.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in AI, generative AI, and Intelligent automation.
